KILUAEA
During the Winter of 2015, Blane De St. Croix completed a research trip studying active and inactive valcanos and lava beds on The Big Island of Hawaii. The trip included explorations of the Mokuaweoweo lava beds, the active volcano of Kilauea, the lava shield of Pu’uPua’i and the Iki Crater as well as well as Rt 200 from the coast to the high elevations of the interior of the Big Island.
